Birthday Patty
Today is my friend, Megan Patty's birthday!
This is a post dedicated to Megan. To friendship. To people who support one another.
May this celebration be one of reflection, rejoicing in growth, and immeasurable gratitude toward those who walk through life- whether they've been there since day one, or came along later in the journey.
We have people in our life right now. May be be gracious and grateful to each of them.
Megan-
You are kind. You are abundant. You exude excitement and joy. You are passionate. You are organized, driven, hardworking, and a learner. Not only are you willing to humble yourself to get out of your own perspective, but you apply what you consciously learn from what others choose to share with you. You understand that when people share with you, that it is a gift. One of my favorite things is when you thank me for sharing with you. (You get how hard that is for me, hah!)
Your passion to help people in THE VERY PLACES that you once were hurt is inspiring. You are SO BRAVE. The outstanding way you LOVE people- it blows my mind.
I am thankful God put you in my life. You are a sunshine on a cloudy day friend. You are thoughtful. You go out of your way for others.
I am praying over you. I am rooting for you! And I am so excited to watch where God launches you as you continue to pray and love and live here on this earth!
May your favorite color always be pink, may you be free to be audaciously and beautifully (and FULLY) be yourself, and may you continue to inspire others to do the same.
